About the fitting

A proper fitting takes at least 30 minutes. During the fitting you will also be given a very informative talk on breast anatomy and features you should look for in a good support bra. The fitting salon is located in northern Virginia about 20 miles south of Washington DC. Please email or call for an appointment or with any questions. The price of the bras range from $49 to $99 depending on the size and style.

Why wear a custom fit bra?

Every woman is unique and so is her figure. As a woman, you are an individual, formed unlike any other woman. Only a custom-fitted bra can give you the total comfort and support for a perfect fit.

Benefits of wearing a custom fit bra

  • Repositions the breast tissue and gives support to comfortably keep the bust line in its proper place
  • Relieves shoulder strap strain by supporting the breast from beneath versus from the shoulders by about 80%.
  • Prevents pressure from flattening breast tissue without restricting circulation.
  • Supports and elevates the breast so that the apex of the breast is midway between the shoulder and the elbow. Re-establishes optimum breast circulations.
  • Helps keep the post-lactation breast from drooping and makes an excellent nursing bra.

Custom Fitted, Custom Comfort

Without proper support, breasts move and stretch to the pull of gravity with every step. Most bras tend to constrict both blood circulation and the type of lymphatic drainage which may play a major part in breast disease. An improperly fitted bra distorts breast tissue by pushing breast tissue under the arm, flattening it over the chest wall, and allowing the breasts to droop. For optimum health, the "least" a woman should do is perform a monthly self breast examination and wear a properly fitted, comfortable bra.
